There’s Always Something Going on…

It’s Springtime and the weather is finally breaking creating more opportunities for outdoor activities and secular gatherings! April marks the return of the Highway cleanup, a great chance to get some exercise, clean up the environment, and showcase atheists involved in community service. We’d love to hear from you as to what events or activities would motivate you to come out. Just leave us a note through the Contact Us tab. We’re considering kayak/canoe floats, solstice/equinox parties, game nights, movie outings, and karaoke. Here’s a quick rundown of upcoming events:

April 18 - Trivia in Milwaukee

The Brass Tap at 7808 W Layton has great food and beer, and trivia at 7:00 pm. There is a 10 person l;imit for this very popular meetup so sign up early on Meetup.com to join us.

April 19 - TGIF at Rustic Road

Friday finds us at downtown Kenosha’s coolest bar, Rustic Road at 5706 6th Ave. Look for us in the loft, and quaff a refreshing craft brew or cocktail.

April 20 - SWiFT Monthly Meeting

11:00 am at the Summit Credit Union 10015 W Greenfield Ave. Monthly topical discussion group. This month’s topic: 4/20! America’s Puritan Laws

April 20 - Blasphemous Bowling!

1:00 pm at the New Berlin Ale House 16000 W Cleveland. Snacks at 1:00 and bowling to follow! Come roll some balls like a good Wisconsinite!

April 25 - Trivia in Kenosha

6:00 pm at the Oak Fire Pizzeria at 3552 Market Lane, Kenosha, WI. Not many teams means easy to win. $40 gift certificate for 1st place!

April 27 - Adopt-A-Highway , Spring Cleanup!

9:00 am in front of Apple Holler, 5006 S Sylvania Ave, Sturtevant. Clean up the highway and grab some great farm fresh products from Apple Holler! We meet in the parking lot at 9 sharp. Bring boots, gloves and insect repellant!
